Duties: Gather business requirements, analyze design, develop, test, debug, modify enhance, implement, integrate ERP computer software application in the SAP systems for the automation of business processes such as Hydrocarbon products volume conversion, Formula and regular pricing calculation configuration, order management, scheduling delivery, checking availability, auto picking, packing posting goods issue, billing and account assignment.

Title: Accountant & Auditor
Work Location: Edison, NJ
Job Description:
Use quick books for preparation of accounts and payroll services in regards to various clients.
Prepare for timely filing of Corporate Federal and state tax returns.
Prepare projected financial statements and performed analysis of financial statements.
Manage weekly accounting functions in QuickBooks.
Prepare payroll for employees.
Process and prepare all invoices for payment.
Prepare checks for signature and delivery (company owners will sign and send).
Manage AR and client invoicing, perform account reconciliations, Prepare routine journal entries.
Communicate frequently with customers for invoice receipts.
Review and analyze general ledger transactions and reports.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Format financial statement as per client requirement.
Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 5 years of progressive accounting experience covering all areas in this position description.
